How much is my resort fee and what is included?
For only 25$ per day, you will receive: 2 Beach chairs, WIFI, Gym Access, Spa, Sauna and Steam Room Credit.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, AMEX.
Do I need a credit card to make a hotel room reservation?
Yes, Deauville Beach Resort requires a credit card for all online hotel reservations. This guarantees your hotel room until your arrival date. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel unless the hotel requires prepayment or a deposit prior. Prepayment, deposit and cancellation requirements will be displayed during the online confirmation process. If you do not cancel online reservations in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy, you will be charged for one night’s hotel stay, unless your online hotel reservation required a full payment in advance or a minimum length of stay.
When full payment is required in advance, you will be charged for the entire reserved stay unless you change or cancel your reservation within the requirements of the individual hotel’s cancellation policy.
During certain travel periods, such as holidays and special events, a minimum stay may be required. For minimum length of stay reservations you will be charged for the entire reserved stay if you check out prior to the reserved departure date.

Will my credit card be charged if I forget to cancel my hotel room reservation?
Yes. Reservations are guaranteed to your credit card. To avoid being charged, reservations must be cancelled in accordance with the hotel cancellation policy. Take time to review the cancellation policies for your specific hotel reservation. Yes. Reservations are guaranteed to your credit card.
Once your reservation has been retrieved a request for a confirmation to be sent to an e-mail can be done from this screen.
How do I make reservations for a large group (Family reunion, club, etc.)?
Requesting 10 or more rooms for an arrival date qualifies as a group booking. Group travel reservations may have different rates or hotel booking requirements.

How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
Please call our in-house reservation department from 8am to 9pm every day including weekends.
I forgot / lost my confirmation number. How do I find it?
If the reservation was made directly with the hotel, you will have to contact the hotel directly to retrieve your confirmation number. If you did it with a 3rd Party Company, please call the company directly.
Can I modify or cancel a reservation that has been booked directly with the hotel?
Please contact the hotel directly to make any changes to the reservation. Reservations made at the hotel directly cannot be modified or cancelled online.
Will I be refunded if I cancel my reservation?
The reservation must be cancelled 72 hours prior in order to receive a refund of the deposit equal to one night. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in. The name on the reservation must match the cardholders name, otherwise you will not be able to use this reservation. If another party is paying for your reservation you must call the hotel directly for instructions. Promotional rates are not to be combined with other offers or group rates.
I am arriving in an early flight this morning. Can I check in upon arrival to the hotel?
Official Check-In time is 4:00 PM, however, we can hold luggage for you (complimentary) and you can use our facilities until your room is ready. There’s a $ 50 early check-in fee.
How can I make a special request regarding my stay (Ex: rollaway beds, connecting rooms, rooms in the same floor)?
Special requests are not guaranteed and will be honored depending on availability at check-in, but we will do our very best to accommodate the request. If you have specific needs or questions regarding your request, please call the hotel directly. Special requests can be made when making your hotel booking online.
Requests for rollaway beds, cribs and smoking preferences, as well as any requests noted in comments section during the reservation process online can be made. Rollaway beds have an extra price of $30.

Does Deauville Beach Resort accepts pets?
Unfortunately, at this time, the hotel does not accept any pets. Service animals are ok with proper documentation.
How do I find hotel accommodations for the physically challenged at the Deauville Beach Resort?

Do I need to show my credit card or ID upon arrival?
Guest will be required to leave a valid credit card or cash deposit , during check-in. Proof of age 21 or over is required.
Do I need to leave a security deposit upon arrival?
Security Deposit of $100.00 per day will be requested at check in, with a maximum of $400.00
At what time is the checkout?
Check out is at 11:00 am. Late check-out may be available based on availability anytime after 12:00 pm. The following charges will apply: $10 for every additional hour, $60 plus 14% tax until 3 PM. A full night stay will be charged for check out after 3 PM. Sales taxes, incidentals, luggage storage.
How much is the fee for early checkout?
Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. If the guest depart early prior to the confirmed departure date the Deauville Beach Resort will impose an early departure fee of $50.00 + 14% tax. The total charge for the early checkout will be $56.50
What is the occupancy per room?
Rates are based on single or double occupancy unless otherwise specified. Extra person charges apply for third and fourth person. Maximum of up to four people per room, No exceptions.
What are the rates for parking?
-Weekday self-parking begins at $3 per/hour.
-Weekend self-parking begins at $5 per/hour.
-Half Day / Day Use (not overnight) : $15.
-Overnight guests can self-park for $30 per evening, unlimited in and out privileges.
-Valet parking is available for overnight guests only at $55 per evening, with unlimited in and out privileges.
-Limited availability Group valet parking for 50 or more cars can be pre-arranged.
Can I send a package to the hotel?
-Yes, $7.50 will be charge per package sent to the hotel. After the 7th Business Day–$1.00 additional per day, per package, to a maximum of $14.50
Time allowed in storage – 15 business days. After that, the package will be returned to sender. When the package is heavier than 40 lbs. the charge is $40 flat rate. After the 14th business day, the package will be returned to sender.
Note: No charges for envelopes and postcards.
Can I bring my cooler to the pool?
Due to the classic nature of the Deauville Beach Resort, our resort still maintains the original marble and terrazzo flooring throughout the property. For this reason, coolers are not permitted. Coolers tend to drip or leak, which damages the flooring.
Can I drink alcoholic beverages inside my room?
Alcoholic beverages should be kept to the confines of your room. it is unlawful for anyone under 21 years of age to buy ,possess or consume alcoholic beverages. No Alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed on the beach or in any inside or outside public area of the Deauville Beach Resort.
What if I left an item at the hotel?
For lost items, please contact the hotel directly. If you can do so as soon as you realize your item is missing it is more likely that your item can be found. The hotel will then advise you on how to get the item returned to you. You can also send an e-mail to: customerservice@deauvillebeachresort.com
